  • 95% of the ingredients can likely be found wherever you normally shop. There are a few specialty items that you could certainly do without if needed! I have satisfied users all around the globe!

  • All recipes are GF with wheat options listed. They include dairy with alternatives listed as well. Occasional nuts & contains eggs that can usually be swapped easily.

  • If you’d like a little more guidance on pairing food, balancing macro-nutrients, and eating enough, a meal plan is the perfect place to start! If you are well-versed in nourishing meals and just want some kitchen creativity, grab a cookbook (or two!).
