All plans are gluten free with wheat options listed, as well as nut & soy free. Calorie-specific plans all contain dairy, but I do offer a dairy-free/dairy-reintroduction plan as well! Some fish and shellfish included with swaps listed.

All recipes are GF with wheat options listed. They include dairy with alternatives listed as well. Occasional nuts & contains eggs that can usually be swapped easily.
