Hey! I'm Fallon - and if you found me, chances are you're tired of food rules that leave you more confused than when you started.

I've been exactly where you are. And what I found on the other side wasn't another protocol - it was something a lot simpler, and a lot more freeing.

all about Fallon's Table and Fallon Lee
Hey & welcome!

Fallon Lee, CN-P
Certified Nutritional Practitioner

Wife to my college sweetheart, homeschooling momma to 3 boys, kitchen creative & creator of the internet-famous bone broth hot chocolate!

I deeply believe the Lord created food for our enjoyment, connection, and good. The gift of communal meals gets lost in diet culture, and I’m here to help reclaim nourishment as worship.

Based in Texas - cooking real food for real families!

My Story

For years I did everything "right." Raw kale and greens at every meal, low carb, no coffee, dairy swaps, elimination after elimination. I was chasing wellness - and somehow feeling more controlled by food than ever.

The turning point wasn't another healing diet. It was stepping back and asking a completely different question: how have humans actually eaten for thousands of years? As someone with a background in cultural anthropology, I had literally studied this - how people across time and cultures nourish themselves, gather around food, and heal. And the answer was never a trend. It was always real, whole, ancestral food eaten with flexibility and grace.

When I stopped following food rules and started following that wisdom instead, everything shifted. My Hashimoto's reversed. I came off medication. My relationship with food became genuinely peaceful. And Fallon's Table was born - a place where nourishment feels freeing again.

Healing doesn't come from restriction. It comes from returning to real, delicious food - and giving yourself grace along the way.

Credentials & Background

I'm a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, but my real education started long before that, with over a decade of independent research, ancestral nutrition study, and real-life experience feeding my own family through chronic illness and food sensitivities.

A CN-P is a practitioner trained in whole-food, functional nutrition - supporting the body through real food rather than restriction or supplementation alone. My cultural anthropology degree shapes everything I teach: I study how humans across time and cultures have eaten and healed, not just what the latest wellness trend recommends.

A few things you should know about me

Hot beverage enthusiast

Strong coffee in the morning, a proper tea spread for good company. I host bi-annual tea parties for some close friends - yes, there is a whole blog post about it.

Outdoors is my reset

On a perfect day you'll find me hiking, disc golfing, or exploring nature somewhere with my family.

Jane Austen, Little Women, & classic literature are my love language

I plan book-to-movie nights for my kiddos with themed snacks and full decor based on whatever we just read. Classic literature, classic food - it tracks.

My most-made recipe

Chicken Adobo - the same one in my free download! It's not influencer content, it's a legit Tuesday night at our house 😆.

Proud Texan

Southern comfort food runs deep here, which is exactly why I wrote a whole cookbook about it!

Bone broth hot chocolate

Yes, it's a real thing I invented in July 2020. Yes, it went viral. No, I'm not tired of talking about it.
