I will always replace files for computer/phone crashes, etc. The methodology I use is also quite unique - I combine healing principles with delicious recipes and have seen many women heal chronic health issues, come off medication, quite literally change their lives!  This book is a nearly entirely updated book - new formatting, photography, guides, and even 15+ NEVER seen before recipes!
 I saved a handful of very favorite recipes from the meal plans, but even MOST of those have been tweaked in one way or another and will be a fresh recipe!
