My recipes focus on nutrient-density & all the things you LOVE to eat! All while supporting blood sugar regulation, hormone health, energy production, & overall wellness.

(oh and not to mention, supporting mommas in their endeavor to create quick, easy, healthy meals that will please the whole family!)

What’s my food philosophy?

For too long I followed all the trendy wellness recommendations I could find - mounds of green veggies for every meal, low carb, little fruit, no coffee, lots of raw kale & broccoli, swapping dairy for nut products, only eating at certain times of day - if you’ve been there you know the list goes on and on.

Once I was introduced to the idea of all of this being biologically and nutritionally backwards, I found rapid healing.

What if we looked at how humans have eaten for thousands of years? What if we stopped falling prey to the latest recommendation and instead honored our biological design and the foods we love to eat?

Healing and nourishment can be found in real, delicious food.

My business name was intentionally chosen from a desire to foster community and connection.

Some of the most beautiful and intimate memories I have involve dining with loved ones, and while I’d love to host thousands in my home, creating recipes you can bring into your own is the next best thing!

Food has often been reduced to something we manipulate, cut, or avoid, but it is truly our source of life. Food is about bonding, tradition, sustenance, and enjoyment, as well as nourishment.

    These recipes are straight from my home and table to yours - the most nutrient-dense versions of all the meals we truly LOVE to eat.

    All recipes are whole-food based and made for deep nourishment! Gluten-free options if needed and dairy-inclusive with easy-to-swap options in most cases.

  • These books come down to about 50 cents per recipe!!

    The beauty of digital products is that they are evergreen with lifetime access, as opposed to a hard copy book that can tear, get lost, etc! I will always replace files for computer/phone crashes, etc.

    The methodology I use is also quite unique - I combine healing principles with delicious recipes and have seen many women heal chronic health issues, come off medication, quite literally change their lives! That is invaluable to me ❤️

    Is this the meal plans redone?

    Yes. And no!

    This book is a nearly entirely updated book - new formatting, photography, guides, and even 15+ NEVER seen before recipes!

    I saved a handful of very favorite recipes from the meal plans, but even MOST of those have been tweaked in one way or another and will be a fresh recipe!

    AND - this is not primarily a meal plan. It now includes:

    ✅ full page guides on building balanced breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks 
    ✅ a weekly nourishment guide to help meet your big picture nutrient needs
    ✅ a 3 day full meal plan example, as well as dozens of pairing suggestions for meals and snacks
    ✅ a “good-better-best” sourcing guide to meet your needs
    ✅ completely new recipes that don't exist anywhere else!

    With that said, you will NOT feel that this is a duplicate product if you were a dedicated meal plan user!
